One of his top priorities is the development of a friendly, compatible and fully trained team of protection officers to suit your security needs. He has also completed professional security training through the Corporate Intelligence Service, an Alberta based law enforcement training agency.

MICHAEL HIGGINS
Operations Manager
As a graduate of Corporate & Commercial Security (Loyalist College, Belleville Ontario), he brings a wide range of security experience to the SENTINEL® management team.
Michael’s career with SENTINEL® began as a Mobile Patrol Officer, moving up to Field Supervisor and most recently to Operations Manager. He believes that by focusing on client and employee

relations he can provide a security service that reflects SENTINEL®'s mandate: 'Respect, Integrity, and Professionalism.'
Whether it is providing you with threat risk assessments or coaching Security Officers, Michael is passionate about building an operation that integrates both internal and external objectives. He has also completed professional security training through the Corporate Intelligence Service, an Alberta based law enforcement training agency.

 CHERYL GIBSON
Human Resources Manager
Cheryl is the Human Resources Manager for SENTINEL®and has many years of direct hands on security and management experience. |

She first joined SENTINEL®as a mobile patrol officer and quickly moved up the ranks to supervisor and soon to her current position: Human Recourses Manager. Cheryl served in the Canadian Forces for over 12 years. She has also completed professional security training through the Corporate Intelligence Service, an Alberta based law enforcement training agency.

 TONY MIFSUD
Manager
Antonio enlisted in the British Army in December 1999 at the age of 16. During his service he successfully completed all courses required to operate, maintain, and service a variety off both wheeled and tracked vehicles. He served in various locations around the world including Germany, Cyprus, Oman, Kosovo, Poland, and Canada.

Upon serving five years and leaving the British Army, Antonio began perusing a career within the security industry working for two major security companies back home in England.
Antonio then immigrated to Calgary, Alberta in December 2006 and joined SENTINEL®. Antonio moved quickly up the ranks, starting as a Security Officer, to Mobile Patroller, and then taking on the challenge of Field Supervisor. He currently is part of the management team. Antonio completed professional security training through the Corporate Intelligence Service, an Alberta based law enforcement training agency.
