  • Will position experienced security officers that are alert, well groomed, courteous and punctual.
  • Will supply detailed and timely activity reports to our Clients.
  • Will communicate on a regular basis with all of our Clients to ensure that they are entirely satisfied with our performance.
  • Will bring to the Client's attention any suggestion that may enhance the security of their building.
  • Will ensure that our office staff interacts with the Client in a helpful and courteous manner and that they deal with our Client's requests in an expeditious way.
  • Will constantly keep abreast of new security and safety techniques and provide training, as applicable, for our security officers.
  • Will ensure that each security officer and each staff member is aware of this pledge. Will take every possible measure to guarantee that all our Clients are pleased with having given us the privilege to serve them.
